Job Title Officer Admin (On Third Party Roll)

Job Objective
To oversee, plan, organize and ensure quality service delivery of service offerings across the spectrum of the admin function such as hard services, soft services, general admin. To coordinate and manage relationships with various vendor partners & agencies and supervise staff, and drive implementation of admin SOPs and processes as applicable.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic:
• Standardize and implement SOPs for admin services in coordination with
the admin in-charge
• Proactively seek and drive amendment of processes to drive optimization
and efficiencies in quality and cost of service delivery.
• Ensure all site admin processes comply with governance protocol and
defined SOPs
• Coordinate with Facility agencies for providing effective service to all at
assigned projects.
Operational:
• Manage and coordinate administrative functions to ensure efficient
office operations, well versed with housekeeping and cleaning
processes.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including inventory control and
procurement
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing
workspaces and necessary equipment
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office
maintenance and repairs
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other
administrative documents.
• Manage Cafeteria, food arrangements for meetings, tea/coffee
arrangements and visitor management.
• Handle billing/ payments and MIS.
• Supervise and inspect work activities to ensure clean, orderly, and
attractive presentation of the corporate building/structure conformance
to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
• Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding
services and equipment and take corrective action
• Supervise and monitor the contractors performance
• Conduct orientation training and in service training for cleaning
supervisor to demonstrate house holding policies, work procedures and
maintenance of equipment
• Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient
operation and evaluate records for forecast personnel requirements.
• Draw up shifts and allocate daily duties for cleaning supervision
• Comply with the established policies and procedures and rules of
operations (Local Police/Forest/DHBVNL/Villagers/Govt.Dept./MCG).
Job Profile:
Educational Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelors degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in administration and related services in a corporate set-up.
• Male Candidate preferably having own vehicle.
Experiences
• Good knowledge of hospitality and general administration
• Ability to multitask, manage diverse stakeholders and operate effectively under constraints
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
Others Location
Candidates must be residing in Gurugram/ Faridabad/ South Delhi/ South West Delhi.
