Key Responsibilities
1. Travel & Logistics Management
- Coordinate travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs) for employees.
- Maintain travel records and ensure cost-efficient arrangements.
2. Vendor & Office Management
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and other administrative services.
- Track vendor performance, invoices, and contracts.
3. General Administrative Support
- Handle routine office administration including inventory, courier management, meeting room coordination, and office upkeep.
Assist with drafting letters, notices, communication documents, and other basic correspondence.
4. Budget Tracking & Documentation
- Assist in preparing and maintaining admin budgets, expense reports, and financial trackers.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking sheets) and Word (drafting documents).
5. Employee Lifecycle Support
- Support onboarding processes: documentation collection, ID creation requests, system access coordination, workspace readiness.
- Assist with exit formalities including asset retrieval, documentation closure, and coordination with HR.
Requirements
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in any stream.
- 02 years of experience in administration or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word is must).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage timelines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
