Role Summary

street-smart, aggressive Business Development Managers
who know how to
break into large accounts, influence CXOs, and convert conversations into revenue
.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively
hunt and acquire new corporate/enterprise accounts - Own the
entire sales cycle
—prospecting, cold calling, pitching, negotiation & closure - Crack senior stakeholders
(CXOs, Heads, Decision Makers) through persistent outreach - Drive
face-to-face and virtual meetings
with high-value prospects - Consistently achieve and exceed
monthly & quarterly revenue targets - Build and manage a
strong, fast-moving sales pipeline - Be the
go-to person for new business wins
in your region
Must-Have Requirements
- 6–10 years of
strong corporate/enterprise sales experience - Proven success in
cold calling, direct outreach, and deal closures - Ability to
handle rejection, push conversations forward, and close decisively - High-energy, self-driven, target-obsessed mindset
- Excellent
negotiation, persuasion & stakeholder management
skills
