Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
- Handle documentation, filing, record management, and internal coordination.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
- Manage vendor communication, service follow-ups, and office maintenance issues.
- Support HR and Operations teams in basic onboarding and operational activities.
- Conduct local travel for office-related tasks (bank work, vendor visits, courier handling, etc.).
- Ensure office hygiene, discipline, and timely support for all team members.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain administrative logs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Operations Management and Administrative roles.
- Must know driving (two-wheeler or four-wheeler as required by the company).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, documentation).
- Ability to handle responsibilities proactively and maintain confidentiality.
