Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents (quotations, invoices, purchase orders, etc.).
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Follow up with clients for payments, orders, and feedback.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Liaise with the logistics, accounts, and production teams for smooth order execution.
- Track sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare periodic sales analysis reports.
- Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a Must.
- Attention to detail with problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹31,479.73 per month
