**Job Description: Administrative MarketingResponsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the marketing team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and organize marketing files, documents, and databases.
- **Marketing Coordination**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Track marketing budgets, invoices, and expenses.
- Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and websites.
- **Event Planning & Management**:
- Help organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Manage logistics, materials, and registrations for events.
- Ensure follow-up communication and reporting after events.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Assist in preparing research reports and marketing insights.
- Monitor social media and digital marketing performance.
- **CRM & Database Management**:
- Maintain customer and client databases.
- Update customer records and track engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
