VGL has its head office as well as its main manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, which employs approx. 3000 people, including contract workers.

Under our flagship one-for-one meals initiative ‘Your Purchase Feeds...’, we served 13 million meals to school children in India, US and UK. With this, we have served 63 million meals till date. We encourage our team members to donate at least two hours every month for charitable causes that is tracked through our performance system.

**Job Description -**
- Administrating stream performance and reporting on viewership metrics.
- Managing tasks related to marketing activations, content planning, ads campaign set-up,
and analytics.
- Developing innovative ideas to promote Shop LC on various OTT platforms.
- Collaborating with marketing and social media teams to utilize appropriate creative assets
for brand promotion.
- Partnering with distribution partners to ensure effective marketing of Shop LC across their
sites, apps, and social media channels.
- Being accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis of traffic to
increase viewership and sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience with video, media, and technology in relevant industries preferred.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of media/social platforms such as YouTube, Facebook,
Instagram, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on market research.
- Ability to think innovatively and creatively to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in content management and creative strategy.
- Proficiency in performance measurement and analysis
