- Academic and Administrative Management of Department and development of manual
- Support Dean / HoD / Professor for effective implementation of academic and administrative plans
- Policy Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation and promotional activities both at Departmental and Institutional Level
- Administration both at Departmental & Institutional level
- Development, Administration and management of Institutional facilities
- Monitoring and Evaluation of Academic and Research activities
