**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Monitor social media trends, engage with the audience, and analyze performance.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Support**: Assist with keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic link-building strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- **Paid Advertising (PPC) Support**: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
- **Website Management**: Help with basic website updates, content uploads, and ensure website functionality and user experience.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behavior to identify new opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, internships, or relevant projects.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)**:

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating marketing visuals.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics.
