Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and PR Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, public relations, and brand communication. The intern will assist in creating marketing campaigns, managing PR activities, and supporting the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation
- Assist in creating content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Support the development of promotional content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
- Help maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.

2. Social Media Management
- Assist in planning and scheduling posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor and engage with audiences on social media, responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.

3. PR Support
- Help with drafting press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Assist in coordinating with media outlets, influencers, and bloggers to secure media coverage.
- Track PR campaigns, monitor media mentions, and create reports on their impact.

4. Event Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and PR activities.
- Help coordinate logistics for influencer events, press conferences, and other marketing-related events.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and sponsors during event planning.

5. Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Assist in gathering insights to improve marketing campaigns and PR efforts.
- Help with analyzing customer feedback and market performance.

6. Campaign Management
- Assist in creating, implementing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Help create performance reports and analyze data for marketing campaigns.

7. Administrative Support
- Maintain and organize databases of media contacts, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing materials.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Canva, and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
