**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **PR Coordinator** to support the execution of public relations strategies, media outreach, and brand communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, media relations, and building a strong brand image across digital and traditional platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media pitches, event announcements, and other communications materials.
- Maintain and update media contact lists, influencer databases, and PR trackers.
- Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and partners for interviews, coverage, and collaborations.
- Monitor press coverage and compile daily/weekly media clippings and performance reports.
- Organize and support PR events, launches, influencer engagements, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with design, social media, and content teams for consistent brand messaging.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all public communications.
- Track competitor media activity and stay updated on industry trends.
- Support crisis communication efforts, if required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in PR, communications, or a similar role (agency or in-house).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and PR management tools (like Meltwater, Cision, or Zoho Social - if used).
- Creative thinking and ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in handling media for consumer brands, e-commerce, or startups.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and digital PR.
- Exposure to brand partnerships and corporate communication is a plus.
