Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for an ECommerce Executive is based in Gurugram. The ECommerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additional responsibilities include account management, sales management, and coordinating with the team to meet business objectives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Account Management: Proficiency in managing customer accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Sales Management: Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and managing sales teams.
  • Team Management: Skills in leading and coordinating a team to achieve business goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
