Ecommerce Executive — Shopify

Compensation:
₹20,000–25,000 / month (CTC)

Gurugram (Sector 27) |
Timing:
Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM

What you'll do

  • Catalog & Listings:
    Create/optimize product pages (titles, images, variants, tags, SEO), manage collections, and ensure GST/HSN accuracy.
  • Inventory & OMS:
    Sync stock via
    Unicommerce
    , prevent OOS, coordinate GRN updates, and manage bundles.
  • Orders & Returns:
    Daily order QC, packing SLAs, RTO/returns coordination via
    ClickPost/Shiprocket
    ; raise tickets with couriers when needed.
  • Promotions:
    Set up coupons, price rules, offers; schedule homepage/collection banners (work with design team).
  • Feeds & Integrations:
    Maintain
    Meta/Google
    product feeds, resolve disapprovals, ensure pixel & conversions API sanity.
  • Store Hygiene:
    Check speed/apps, broken links, 404s, search redirects; maintain navigation and filters.
  • Reporting:
    Daily/weekly trackers for sales, CR, AOV, OOS %, RTO %, top SKUs; basic
    GA4
    &
    Shopify
    analytics; Excel/Sheets dashboards.
  • Customer Ops Support:
    Assist with replacement/size exchanges; coordinate with support team (Ozonetel/WhatsApp).

Must-have skills

  • 1–2 years in Ecommerce (Shopify-first role preferred).
  • Hands-on with

  • Basic on-page SEO (meta titles, alt text), image handling, CSV bulk uploads.
  • Strong ownership, speed, and accuracy.

Good-to-have

  • Basic HTML/Liquid familiarity, Canva/Figma comfort, UTM hygiene, knowledge of COD fraud/RTO reduction tactics.
  • Exposure to Keka HRMS workflows (nice to have).
