Pre-Sales Solution Engineer - India

Experience Areas Or Skills

  • Pre-Sales experience of Software or analytics products
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • OLAP tools or Microsoft Analysis services (MSAS)
  • Data engineering or Data warehouse or ETL
  • Hadoop ecosystem or AWS, Azure or GCP Cluster and processing
  • Tableau or Micro strategy or any BI tool
  • Hive QL or Spark SQL or PLSQL or TSQL
  • Writing and troubleshooting SQL programming or MDX queries
  • Working on Linux
  • programming in Python, Java or Java Script would be a plus
  • Filling RFP or Questioner from Customer
  • NDA, Success Criteria, Project closure and other Documentation
  • Be willing to travel or relocate as per requirement

Role

  • Acts as main point of contact for Customer contacts involved in the evaluation process
  • Product demonstrations to qualified leads
  • Product demonstrations in support of marketing activity such as events or webinars
  • Own RFP, NDA, PoC success criteria document, POC Closure and other documents
  • Secures alignment on Process and documents with the customer / prospect
  • Owns the technical win phases of all active opportunities
  • Understand Customer domain and database schema
  • Providing OLAP and Reporting solution
  • Work closely with customers for understanding and resolving environment or OLAP cube or reporting related issues
  • Co-ordinate with solutioning team for execution of PoC as per success plan
  • Creates enhancement requests or identify requests for new features on behalf of customers or hot prospects
