About the Role:

We're looking for a
Pre-Sales Engineer

who has hands-on experience in
technical sales and solutioning

of enterprise products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex technologies, translating them into business value for clients, and collaborating closely with both technical and sales teams.

You'll be responsible for crafting tailored solutions for prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team in converting leads through comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in
Noida

, suitable for professionals with a background in technical sales or MBA interns looking to gain deep exposure in the B2B AI-tech ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Act as the
technical bridge

between Bidaal's AI-IoT platform and enterprise clients—translating complex technology into clear business outcomes.

· Understand client pain points across industries like Mining, Oil & Gas, Steel, and Manufacturing, and design customized solution architectures aligned with Bidaal's offerings.

· Partner with the sales and product teams to co-create technical proposals, demos, and proof-of-concept plans that drive client confidence and conversion.

· Deliver compelling
presentations, product walkthroughs, and live demonstrations

tailored to CXO-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers.

· Support in preparing/understanding RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation for large-scale enterprise and government clients.

· Collaborate with the engineering and AI product teams to validate feasibility, ensure alignment with client expectations, and provide actionable feedback for product improvement.

· Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends, differentiators, and opportunities for Bidaal's AI-IoT solutions.

· Maintain ownership of the
pre-sales lifecycle

— from requirement discovery and solutioning to technical validation and deal closure.

· Continuously enhance technical knowledge across
AI, computer vision, and IoT domains

Who Are You:

· 
Educational Background:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. An MBA or relevant management specialization is a plus.

· 
Experience:

Prior experience or internship in
technical sales, enterprise pre-sales, or solution consulting

(preferably in SaaS, AI, or IoT domains).

· 
Tech–Business Translator:

You understand how to connect business challenges with scalable technical solutions — making you comfortable in both boardrooms and with backend teams.

· 
Strong Communicator:

Excellent in storytelling, presentations, and simplifying complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.

· 
Collaborative Mindset:

Thrive in cross-functional setups, working closely with product, engineering, and business development teams.

· 
Curious & Analytical:

A self-starter who loves learning about new technologies, identifying market gaps, and crafting impactful client narratives.

Adaptable & Driven:

Comfortable working in a

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

12 to 15 LPA expandable to ESOP based on candidate's profile & performance.

6 days a week / Onsite in Noida.
