Position 1: Senior Telecalling Officer

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + attractive incentives

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential donors, investors, and supporters.
  • Clearly communicate project details and build interest in our initiatives.
  • Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead conversion reports.
  • Coordinate with fundraising and outreach teams for ongoing campaigns.
  • Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Telugu (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, or customer engagement preferred.
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and commitment to organizational goals.

Position 2: Fundraising Director (BHAGAWAT GITA FOUNDATION FOR VEDIC STUDIES)

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the fundraising strategy for institutional and HNI donors.
  • Oversee telecalling and outreach teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Build long-term donor relationships and maintain transparent communication.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for high-value donors.

Requirements:

  • Age: 35 – 45 years preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Strong background in fundraising, sales, or corporate relations.
  • Good personality and professional appearance; confident and articulate.
  • Ability to work in both strategic and operational roles.
