Study Abroad Senior Telecaller

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Telecaller to connect with students interested in studying abroad. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of international education options, and the ability to provide personalized guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective students, providing information on study abroad opportunities.

  2. Assess student interests and recommend suitable courses and universities.

  3. Address queries and concerns, offering personalized guidance and support.

  4. Meet sales targets and conversion rates.

  5. Collaborate with the counselling team to ensure seamless student support.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in the education sector.

  2. In-depth knowledge of international education options and study abroad processes.

  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
