**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Telecalling & Lead Outreach**:
- Proactively make outbound calls to prospects, qualifying and fixing appointments for senior sales members.
- Follow-up with potential clients after marketing campaigns and events.
- **Customer Support & Relationship Building**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Positive “can-do” attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
