Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
  • System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, and related devices, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • User Training: Educate end-users on best practices for using hardware and software applications, enhancing their technical proficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations for future reference and compliance purposes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop systems with network infrastructure and enterprise applications.
