Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage desktop administration and network support for an inbound voice process in a high-demand emergency helpline environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Conduct remote desktop support and application customization
- Maintain system performance through monitoring and timely updates
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in desktop support or related role
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Familiar with voice-logging systems and remote support tools
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in ECE/CS/IT/EEE
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- Willingness to work in 24x7 shift operations
- Administer servers and ensure documentation is up to date
- Manage inventory of hardware/software assets
- Record technical resolutions and provide performance reports
