Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, with hands-on experience being a significant advantage. Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage bi-weekly sprints, and ensure successful delivery of Projects/Enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Create and manage bi-weekly sprints, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Schedule and lead requirement gathering sessions, demos, and UAT sessions with stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Work closely with Developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as creating reports, dashboards, Flows, validation rules, Email alerts, Case assignment rules etc..
  • Support change management process.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Customer Support, and IT.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
