Role Description

This is a full-time Strategic Account Manager role, located on-site in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, creating strategies to meet clients' investment goals, and identifying new growth opportunities. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, understanding their needs and providing the best service. The Strategic Account Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the client is always attended to with professionalism and etiquette. Please note, this role involves understanding the client and his family's needs at a deeper level by meeting with them both physically and digitally on a frequent basis.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Wealth Management, Portfolio Management Services, and other areas of investment.
  • Strong relationship management, client servicing, and communication skills
  • Ability to upskill, learn and adapt on a continuous basis to educate the clients with accurate information regarding the company's products.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and business development within the financial sector
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus.
  • Not Mandatory but will stand out to us: Certifications in NISM series V A and NISM Series XXI - A
