Company Description

AKC Go Abroad, a division of AK Consultants, is a premier organization assisting Indian students in pursuing education abroad. Founded by A Aladi Arun in 2006, we operate offices in Chennai and Madurai and provide global services online. Recognized by Education New Zealand and trained by the British Council/IDP, we pride ourselves on integrity, trust, and ethics. Our dedicated approach ensures that 95% of our students transition into successful careers. In addition to education counselling, we offer migration services and coaching for IELTS, GMAT, GRE, and TOEFL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure appointments with schools, colleges, and other institutions for conducting seminars and presentations on study abroad and career opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional heads, teachers, and student communities.
  • Promote AKC Go Abroad services and study destinations through presentations, events, and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with the counselling team to generate leads and support student conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prepare periodic reports.
  • Stay updated on international education trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Freshers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets and work independently.
  • Must be based in Madurai and willing to travel extensively for school/college visits.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing skills will be an added advantage.
