Job Title: National Sales Manager Implants

Location: Anywhere in India (Preference: Mumbai)

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business launch plan for the dental implant company.
  • Conduct market feasibility studies, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Build a high-performance sales & distribution network across key regions.
  • Lead recruitment and training of sales force and clinical application specialists.
  • Establish partnerships with dental surgeons, clinics and dental colleges.

Business Operations:

  • Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams for smooth operational execution.

Financial Management & Business Growth:

  • Take full P&L ownership; manage budgets, profitability, and cost control.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and growth forecasting to COO.
  • Scale the company from start-up stage to a market leader position within 3-5 years.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Technical or Clinical education (BDS/Biomedical) + MBA
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in dental implant industry with prior business leadership exposure.
  • Prior experience in launching new dental implants line is highly preferred.
  • Deep network with dentists, implantologists and institutional customers.

Technical Skills:

  • Go-to-market strategy execution and market research skills in analyzing market potential, competitor analysis, and emerging trends in dental implant business.
  • Setting up of inventory planning, distribution logistics and demand forecasting.

  • Entrepreneurial mind set with a builders mentality.
  • Hands-on problem solver, able to navigate complex operational, and market challenges.
  • Strong people management skills—mentoring, coaching, and team performance management.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic market conditions with changing regulations and competitive landscapes.
