Role & responsibilities :

  • Lead generation: design lists, oversee contact research, build prospecting segments, and identify qualified leads.
  • Manage outbound outreach: create and optimize email sequences,monitorreply /open rates, and iterate.
  • Cold-call QC: listen to call recordings, score performance, give targeted feedback, and improve conversion rates.
  • CRM management: keep contacts clean, maintain pipeline stages, ensure activities and notes are logged, run regular hygiene and reporting.
  • Digital & social: create and schedule social posts for each flagship; coordinate assets with design and content teams.
  • Sales & marketing alignment: translate sales needs into marketing tasks, prioritize requests, assign work, and track progress.
  • Conference readiness: maintain and update conference checklist (booth, collateral, staffing, demos, logistics, follow-ups).
  • Delivery oversight: check status of client-facing tasks and ensure SLAs for client work are met.
  • Reporting: weekly metrics review and monthly performance summary for leadership.
  • Team leadership: mentor cold callers and BD reps, run daily standups.

Required skills & experience :

  • 3-5 years in BD, sales operations, or growth roles; at least 1 year leading a small team.
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting: cold email + cold calling.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, orsimilar) daily user level.
  • Comfortable reviewing call recordings and delivering actionable coaching.
  • Basic digital marketing experience social posting, simple content repurposing, campaign tracking.
  • Strong organization: can run checklists, own processes, and track multiple moving parts.
  • Clear communicator: writes crisp emails and gives direct feedback.
  • Data-driven: can read a report, draw conclusions, and act.
