Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Lead at our Nagpur location. The Business Development Lead will oversee initiatives to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute plans to expand the customer base, and nurture long-term client relationships. The role will include responsibilities such as conducting market research, generating and converting leads, communicating with prospective clients, and identifying growth areas to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to meet business development goals and contribute to the company's success.

  • Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends, opportunities, and target markets
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client communication and collaboration with internal teams
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and techniques to expand the customer base
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality Customer Service to build lasting relationships
  • Proven ability to strategize and develop business growth plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the interior design or décor industry is an advantage
