Sr. Power Platform Developer

Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Sr. Power Platform Developer to join our team. This role will  contribute to the development, design, architecture, administration, strategic implementation, and support of the Microsoft Power Platform.

The role will be part of the Platform Development & Automation team and responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using the Power Platform and associated technologies, distilling requirements into technical stories from business analysts and stakeholders, and providing mentorship to junior team members.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Adopt and uphold development best practices, development, and DevOps standards.
• Mentor other developers and provide technical insight to the team.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Architect scalable solutions following Power Platform, Dataverse data architecture, and digital platform best practices.
• Establish and perform code and solution and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

What We Seek:

• Strong understanding of Power Platform and Dataverse architecture patterns and best practices.
• Experience developing with Canvas and Model Driven apps, Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
• Experience with agile development and DevOps practices.
• Experience developing complex enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience working in distributed team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Fabric, or Azure Cloud Flows.
• Knowledge of C#, Go, Python, or other traditional programming languages.
• Experience integrating with external data systems such as SAP and Google BigQuery.
• Experience with other low-code platforms such as OutSystems.
• Experience coaching and mentoring software developers.
• Background in enterprise application integration.
• Experience with CI/CD practices (as implemented in Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with document databases (MongoDB, Cosmos, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
