Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologiesUse the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents, to build relevant solutionsAnalyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunitiesConduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiencyProvide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needsPerform testing and quality assurance of automated processesTrain and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions, ensure onboarding of users onto the developed application and share best practicesManage small to mid-size projects, including Planning, execution and reporting within our governance frameworkSupport and coach from colleagues which are developing small applications within our ‘creator’ program.Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge: Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows Strong understanding of API integration and web services Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication skills3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting Experience in LLM's is a plusEducation: Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Information Technology, or related field
