Desired Skills:

Highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Canvas, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint, and the wider Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions, with a focus on automation, integration, and best-practice application lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Pages applications. 

• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes 

• Apply ALM best practices, including solution packaging, pipelines, and DevOps integration

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards

• Build and maintain custom components such as PCF controls, custom connectors, and reusable solution assets.
• Implement integrations between Power Platform, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365/Azure services, as well as third-party systems. 

• Ensure solutions adhere to governance, compliance, and security policies (including Entra ID, licensing, DLP, and sensitivity labels where applicable).
• Conduct coding, unit testing, integration testing, and oversee deployment into production environments.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery ceremonies. Essential Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development.
• Proven expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Power Pages (design, configuration, and security).
• Demonstrable experience in Power BI dashboarding and reporting.
• Strong expertise with SharePoint Online and its integration with Power Platform.
• Solid understanding of ALM practices, including CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity, access, and security management.
• Experience with the CoE Starter Kit
• Experience with solution integration across Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Desirable Skills
• Familiarity with licensing models for Power Platform.
• Experience with modern DevOps practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines).
