Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Develop and customize applications using Logic Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Integrate Logic Apps and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Logic Apps and Power Platform applications.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Logic Apps and Power Platform and related technologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Logic Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical designs.
• Create and customize responsive Logic Apps and Power Apps applications that integrate with other Microsoft services like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse.
• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate, integrating with various data sources and APIs.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Power Pages for external users, including secure and optimized web portals.
• Integrate Logic Apps and Power Platform solutions with other services like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Ensure application security and compliance with organizational data policies, implementing role-based access control and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for Logic Apps and Power Platform solutions.
• Perform regular system and performance monitoring, identifying areas for optimization.
• Assist in the governance and administration of the Power Platform environment, including managing environments, permissions, and licensing.
• Manage the deployment process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.
• Stay updated with new features and enhancements of the Logic Apps & Power Platform and incorporate them into solutions when applicable.
• Collaborate with IT administrators to manage integration points between Power Platform and other systems.
• Provide end-user support and guidance on using Logic Apps and Power Platform tools efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 4+ years of Logic Apps/Power Apps and Power Automate development experience
• 4+ years of JavaScript experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Dataverse within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• 4+ or more years of experience with SQL, data integration tools and data visualization/exploration tools are a plus.
• Experience in developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps applications.
• Proficiency in creating automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating with multiple systems.
• Experience with Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) for developing secure, external-facing web portals.
• Familiarity with connectors and data sources like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, and third-party APIs.
• Ability to implement security measures, such as role-based access controls (RBAC) and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environment management, licensing, and administrative tasks.
• Experience in troubleshooting Power Platform solutions and resolving technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficient in JavaScript, PowerFX, and other scripting languages used within Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile or DevOps development practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook, and their integration with Power Platform.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and agile planning tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Good communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business users.
