About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Consultant
with strong, hands-on expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365
and the
Power Platform
. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, solution architecture capability, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade implementations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of
    Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/FO/SCM)
    solutions.
  • Architect and build
    Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
    ,
    Power Automate flows
    , and
    Power Pages
    .
  • Customize and configure Dynamics entities, forms, workflows, business rules, plugins, and integrations.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with client requirements and best practices.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with various enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience
    with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE/FO).
  • Strong real-world experience with
    Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI (basic integrations)
    .
  • Proficiency in:
  • Customizations & configurations
  • Plugins, JavaScript, workflows
  • Dataverse, security roles & environment management
  • API integrations & Power Platform connectors
  • Experience designing
    end-to-end business process automation
    using Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and solution architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform).
  • Experience with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
  • Exposure to advanced Power Platform components (AI Builder, RPA, Virtual Agents).
  • Experience working in enterprise or large-scale implementation projects.
