Role Overview
RareHunts is in expansion mode, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand—not just work for it.
This role is fully commission-based, offering 10–15% on all revenue you generate, along with milestone bonuses for hitting targets, scaling teams, and opening new growth channels.
High performers who demonstrate consistency, leadership, and strong results will be considered for a permanent full-time role with a fixed pay + commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and brand channels
- Identify new categories and high-potential product opportunities
- Recruit and train team members for marketplace and operations
- Build partnerships with creators, affiliates, and community sellers
- Manage retention flows through WhatsApp automation and customer funnels
- Analyse weekly performance to refine strategies
- Work directly with the founder to drive long-term expansion
