Keeping this in mind, the explorershave developed Apty to enable customers to gain the most out of the treasures of their techinvestment.Apty loaded with all the goodies makes working with web applications and enterprise solutionsa cakewalk.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations, customized to address specific clientrequirements, highlighting both technical and business benefits.• Collaborate closely with sales teams throughout the sales cycle, providing experttechnical consultation to support customer decision -making.• Clearly communicate complex solutions in understandable terms to a variety ofbusiness and technical stakeholders.• Identify client pain points and position Apty's solutions as effective remedies,buildingcompelling value propositions.• Develop proof -of -concept (PoC) solutions and guide prospects through evaluation andimplementation scenarios.• Partner with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback andinfluence product enhancements.• Support the onboarding and enablement of new clients• Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries, participating actively indiscovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof -of -concept engagements.• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights, leveragingthis knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.• Work cross -functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensurealignment and responsiveness to customer needs. RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.• 5+ years of experience in a pre -sales, solution consulting, or similar customer -facingrole in the SaaS or enterprise software industry.• Should have worked in US Business to Business SASS Market• Experience in conducting PoCs, product demonstrations, and handling technicalobjections.• Knowledge of software implementation, user experience, and change managementstrategies is an add on.• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to confidentlyengage both technical and non -technical stakeholders.• Demonstrated experience in understanding customer requirements and effectivelycommunicating value propositions.• Good foundational technical aptitude and comfort level demonstrating softwaresolutions.• Strong problem -solving skills and customer -oriented mindset with a proactive approachto client interactions.• Ability to successfully navigate complex client interactions and contribute positivelytowards closing sales opportunities.• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to drive business outcomes.• Thrive in a high -energy, sales -driven environment.
