Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Chennai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop role-specific job descriptions, using innovative sourcing techniques, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Additionally, the Recruiter will handle scheduling, onboarding support, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates
  • Proficiency in developing Job Descriptions and collaborating with Hiring Managers
  • Ability to manage full-cycle Recruitment processes and maintain Candidate Pipelines
  • Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Tools
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws and HR best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in logistics or similar industries is an advantage
