Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining the recruitment database, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. The Recruiter will report to the HR Manager and work closely with hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job portals
- Proficiency in resume screening and interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Professional certification in HR is a plus
