Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies (Java, Python, Cloud), and key skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media recruiting).
Female candidates are preferred
