Job Description: End to end recruitment lifecycle from Sourcing of CVs to Closing of offersMaintaining database of profiles on systemResponsible to own and manage the assigned lines of businessWorking with the business to work out on hiring plansProactive talent pipeliningMaintaining and updating Job Descriptions and CVsMaintaining compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycleResponsible for other tasks that are allocated to TAG Requirements: - Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years relevant working experience in IT recruitment
- Excellent communication, outgoing personality, good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Preferred working exposure in IT-related environment Nice to have. Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Interaction with clients.Requirements: - Degree in any discipline
