Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and junior positions
  • Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social media, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial screening through phone or video interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Follow up on documentation and pre-onboarding formalities

Key Requirements:

  • MBA in HR, Business Administration is mandatory
  • 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
  • Proactive and target-driven attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
