Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Chennai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet organizational hiring needs. Additionally, the Recruiter will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements, manage job postings, maintain candidate pipelines, and coordinate interview processes. Ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting workforce planning initiatives are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and End-to-End Recruitment
  • Knowledge of Screening, Shortlisting, and Interview Coordination
  • Strong Communication, Relationship-Building, and Collaboration Abilities
  • Understanding of Workforce Planning and Recruitment Metrics
  • Proficiency with Recruitment Tools, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Job Portals
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in IT or Management Consulting recruitment is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills
