The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to identify top talent across various technical and non-technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding requirements to onboarding.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
platforms.Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary HR rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and lateral recruitment activities.
Required Skills1–3 years of experience in IT or Non-IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualification Any Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
