Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning: Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and polish all assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and other surfaces.
  • Bed Making: Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are tidy.
  • Replenishing Supplies: Restock toiletries, towels, and other necessary amenities for guests.
  • Waste Removal: Collect and dispose of trash from rooms and common areas.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or damage to management.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and company guidelines.
  • Equipment Use: Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment.
  • Laundry: Assist with laundry and ironing of linens and clothes as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and address even minor cleanliness issues.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage time to complete all assigned tasks within shifts.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other housekeepers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Good communication skills to interact with guests and provide assistance.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role (mention if required).
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹14,000.00 per month
