**Job Overview**:
The Guest Service Associate (GSA) - Housekeeping plays a key role in ensuring that The Fern Goregaon maintains its high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This role is dedicated to providing a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests by ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-maintained, and reflect the hotel's commitment to luxury and eco-friendly service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Room Maintenance & Cleanliness**:

- Ensure all guest rooms and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and well-presented to the hotel’s luxury standards.
- Change linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities, ensuring premium quality and eco-friendly options wherever possible.
- Clean, sanitize, and replenish toiletries in guest bathrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in the guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor for prompt resolution.
- **Public Area Maintenance**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas, including corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and elevators.
- Ensure public spaces are stocked with essential supplies such as tissues, hand sanitizers, and brochures, in line with the hotel’s standards.
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Provide personalized service, addressing guest requests and inquiries in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
- Assist with any additional guest requests, such as extra towels, pillows, or other amenities, to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Maintain a positive and approachable attitude when interacting with guests, making them feel welcome and valued.
- **Team Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with other members of the Housekeeping team, Front Desk, and Maintenance to ensure the seamless delivery of guest services.
- Inform the Housekeeping Supervisor of any special guest requests, complaints, or feedback to help improve the overall guest experience.
- **Eco-Friendly Practices**:

- Follow the hotel’s eco-friendly practices and sustainability policies, using green cleaning products and implementing energy-saving measures where possible.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas reflect The Fern’s commitment to sustainability without compromising on quality.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and ensure the cleanliness of housekeeping carts and equipment.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times, especially when handling personal belongings or special requests.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a housekeeping or guest service role in a hotel environment, preferably in a luxury or eco-friendly hotel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling practices.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, customer service, or a similar hospitality role is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
