**Job Summary**: The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience by providing clean and sanitized rooms, common areas, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Cleaning and Sanitization**: Clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to hotel standards. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces.
- **Changing Linens**: Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms. Ensure linens are free of stains or damage.
- **Restocking Supplies**: Replenish toiletries, towels, paper products, and other room supplies in guest rooms and bathrooms.
- **Waste Management**: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly in guest rooms and public areas.
- **Guest Room Preparation**: Ensure rooms are ready for new guests, including setting up beds, refreshing amenities, and inspecting rooms for maintenance issues.
- **Public Area Maintenance**: Keep all public areas clean, including lobbies, restrooms, and dining areas. Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- **Reporting**: Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor or management team.
- **Follow Safety Procedures**: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and materials safely.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- **Customer Service**: Address guest requests promptly and professionally. Ensure guests’ comfort and satisfaction with room cleanliness.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and techniques.
- Good physical condition; able to perform repetitive tasks, bend, lift, and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Work Environment:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
