Role Description

This is a full-time role at a reputed university in Kolkata as Career Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing career counseling, and career mentoring, development and support, delivering training sessions, business development, networking and conducting relevant research.

The role involves day-to-day communication with parents, students and institutions, helping them achieve their career and educational goals through tailored guidance and support.

Qualifications

  • Career Counseling and Career Development skills
  • Business development and marketing experience are desirable
  • Ability to develop and grow a profit centre is desirable
  • Ability to deliver effective Training sessions
  • Strong Research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience within the educational sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field

Remuneration

The role attracts a remuneration package of 3 - 4 lakhs per annum along with unlimited result oriented incentives. Future growth prospects will certainly be a key attraction for the capable candidate.
