About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven
SEO Specialist and Content Strategist
with strong analytical ability and hands-on expertise in building and executing ROI-focused SEO strategies . The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of
on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and Local SEO (including GMB management). This role involves end-to-end SEO ownership - audits, optimization, reporting, and driving continuous organic growth through data-led decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement holistic
    SEO strategies
    to improve organic visibility, traffic, and keyword rankings.
  • Conduct in-depth
    keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SERP analysis
    to identify content and ranking opportunities.
  • Execute
    on-page optimization - meta tags, headers, schema markup, URL optimization, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Manage and execute
    off-page SEO , including high-quality link-building and authority-building campaigns.
  • Perform complete technical
    SEO audits
  • site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
  • Manage and optimize
    Google My Business (GMB)
    profiles to strengthen Local SEO presence.
  • Track, analyze, and report website performance using GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to execute SEO recommendations and maintain site hygiene.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports-keyword rankings, traffic trends, DA/DR improvements, and actionable insights.
  • Optimize SEO for Ecommerce platforms and ensure product/category-level optimization.
  • Implement Local SEO strategies for location-based visibility and Mobile SEO for enhanced user experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years
    of proven experience in SEO with measurable results.

  • Keyword Research & SERP Analysis
  • On-Page & Off-Page SEO
  • Technical SEO & Website Audits
  • Content Optimization & Search Intent Mapping
  • Local SEO & Google My Business (GMB) Optimization
  • Mobile SEO
  • Link-Building & Authority Growth
  • Hands-on experience with major SEO tools:
  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest, Google Keyword Planner
  • Experience in improving domain authority, organic traffic, CTR, and ranking KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred).
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and reporting skills.
