· Recruitment and Onboarding: Posting job ads and screening resumes, Coordinating interviews and conducting initial interviews.

· Record Keeping and HRIS: Maintaining accurate employee records and files, Managing HRIS systems to track data and metrics, managing onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.

· Oversight of Payroll Processes: The HR Manager is ultimately responsible for the entire payroll process, from data collection and input to final disbursements The HR Manager works with payroll software and systems, ensuring data integrity, performing necessary upgrades, and seeking solutions to optimize the payroll process. They collaborate closely with the finance department and other HR functions to ensure a smooth and integrated flow of employee and payroll information addressing and resolving any payroll discrepancies or employee queries related to pay is a critical part of their role.

· Employee Relations and Support: Addressing workplace concerns and resolving issues, acting as a liaison between employees and management, Promoting a positive and conflict-free work environment.

· Benefits and Compensation: Administering benefits plans, including leaves and compensation, Overseeing payroll processes. Maintaining accurate employee records, including salary changes, benefits, and other personal information, is a core duty.

· Compliance and Policy: Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies, Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies.

· Performance Management: Managing employee performance reviews and evaluations, Providing advice on performance and employee retention.

· Employee Engagement: Creating engagement initiatives and programs, working to improve job satisfaction and employee experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
