Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled
Snowflake Developer
with strong expertise in
SQL
to join our Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining data solutions on the
Snowflake Data Cloud
, delivering high-performance data pipelines, and supporting business intelligence solutions. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business stakeholders to build scalable and efficient data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines using
  Snowflake
  and SQL.
• Build and maintain data models, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics.
• Perform data integration from various sources (structured and unstructured data).
• Write efficient and optimized
  SQL queries
  to extract, transform, and load data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor data pipelines for performance and troubleshoot data issues.
• Implement best practices for Snowflake architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Assist in automating data workflows using tools such as Airflow, dbt, or similar.
• Work with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enable data visualization and reporting.
• Document technical designs and processes.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in
  SQL development
  for data warehousing and analytics.
• Strong experience working with
  Snowflake
  Data Cloud, including schema design, performance optimization, and security configurations.
• Experience in developing and managing ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Fivetran, Matillion, or custom solutions).
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
