(supplements) to treat the skincare concerns in stream along with providing surface solutions.

About the Role

As the Creative Lead, you will be the driving force behind Sereko's creative vision, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. From conceptualizing campaigns to delivering cutting-edge visuals, you'll play a pivotal role in making our brand unforgettable. This role combines leadership, creativity, and strategy, requiring an individual who is both a big-picture thinker and detail-oriented executor.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Vision & Strategy:

  • Define and evolve the brand's creative direction to align with its mission, values, and target audience.
  • Develop cohesive multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, print, packaging, and retail.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and external agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Content Creation & Oversight:

  • Oversee the production of high-quality visuals, videos, photography, and design assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, from social media posts to packaging design.

Innovation & Trends:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Experiment with new technologies and design techniques to elevate the brand's presence.

Project Management:

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
  • Provide clear feedback and guidance to internal and external creative teams.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.

Skills:

  • Exceptional design and storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling concepts.
