Skylight Mediakart is a leading advertising agency dedicated to delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions. We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Creative Specialist to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role requires someone who can transform client briefs and campaign objectives into innovative and compelling creative ideas.

Responsibilities:Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders. Interpret client briefs to understand campaign objectives and target audience. Develop creative concepts and ideas that align with the campaign goals.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to bring creative ideas to life through visuals and copy. Stay updated with the latest trends in design, advertising, and digital marketing. Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.

Ensure that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Adapt and refine creative ideas based on feedback from clients and internal teams. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.

Min 3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an advertising agency. Strong portfolio showcasing creative ideas and concepts. Excellent understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.

Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to think outside the box and come up with unique creative solutions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with digital marketing campaigns. Familiarity with social media advertising and trends.

Experience working with diverse clients across various industries.
