About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive revenue within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment of the travel industry.

This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their event requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and managing the sales process to achieve set targets and contribute to overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Schedule and post content on YOLO and Spree social media channels.
  • Content Research: Find trending topics for social media content.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread copy for Social Media creatives, Print Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal English & Hindi skills.
  • Additional Tasks: Write marketing copies as per brand perspective, create scripts for Short-form Videos and Long-form Videos, and use AI for quick results.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work closely with the marketing team.
  • Familiarity with social media tools like HootSuite.
